Clean Wise LLC cannot guarantee the suitability, performance, or safety of products provided by the client. Clients are responsible for making sure their preferred products are appropriate for the surfaces and spaces being cleaned.

7. 72-Hour Touch-Up Window

Clean Wise LLC may offer a 72-hour touch-up window if something needs attention after a cleaning service. Requests should be made within 72 hours of the completed service and will be reviewed based on the original service scope and reasonable conditions.

The touch-up window does not apply to new messes, changes caused after the cleaning, areas outside the agreed service scope, or issues not reasonably related to the completed cleaning.

8. Payments

Payment methods may include cash, check, and Venmo, unless otherwise discussed directly with Clean Wise LLC. Payment expectations should be confirmed before service.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, please contact Clean Wise LLC as soon as possible. Scheduling changes are subject to availability.
